本次分享上周及本周的手术7例。3例胰十二指肠，1例胰体尾，1例胆管囊肿，1例胰腺假性囊肿，外加1例复杂胆囊。
案例一：男性患者，73岁。胰头癌侵犯门静脉和肠系膜上静脉，胰十二指肠切除+门静脉切除端端吻合重建，阻断门静脉2次。
